custom-text-styles\">\n<p>Zimbabwe star Knowledge Musona has been handed a hefty fine by FIFA following his red card during the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers Group C clash against South Africa at Moses Mabhida Stadium in October.<\/p>\n<p>Musona was sent off in the 64th minute after receiving a second yellow card.<\/p>\n<p>FIFA charged the Warriors star under Article 14, Article 14.1(b) \u2014 \u201cMisconduct of players and officials: unsporting behaviour towards an opponent or a person other than a match official.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As a result, the 35-year-old forward was fined 5,000 Swiss francs (approximately US$6,200) and given a one-match suspension.<\/p>\n<p>The suspension was served in Zimbabwe\u2019s subsequent fixture against Lesotho during the same international window.<\/p>\n<p>FIFA also sanctioned South African defender Mbekezeli Mbokazi with a similar fine following his altercation with Zimbabwe winger Tawanda Maswanhise in stoppage time of the same
