She recalled a day they spent together in Melrose, one of Johannesburg\u2019s affluent suburbs, and how strangers looked at them suspiciously.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy dad gets calls, \u2018Hi, we\u2019d like to confirm whether or not you\u2019re having an affair with DJ Lamiez.\u2019 We were spotted in Melrose, just the two of us, and I said to him, \u2018Papa, the way these people are looking at us, they\u2019ll assume that we\u2019re dating.\u2019 But he dismissed me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Things escalated when people began contacting her mother to confirm the rumours.<\/p>\n<p>That was when Lamiez decided to take control of the narrative and post a picture with Chicco, publicly setting the record straight.<\/p>\n<p>She also revealed that DNA tests proved their bond beyond doubt.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s my dad, such a cool guy.
