The truth is, I didn\u2019t. I didn\u2019t manage it, and a part of me feels like I failed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rachel reveals that during that period, she felt completely broken.<\/p>\n<p>She searched for meaning in the difficult changes unfolding in her life and leaned heavily on her faith, believing that her pain would eventually serve a purpose.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat that\u2019s led me to is a point where I\u2019m broken. I think a lot of people are wondering how I\u2019m navigating it and what healing looks like.
