{"id":44964,"date":"2025-12-14T20:42:14","date_gmt":"2025-12-14T20:42:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eduzim.co.zw\/news\/?p=44964"},"modified":"2025-12-14T20:42:14","modified_gmt":"2025-12-14T20:42:14","slug":"ckglkklj03zoat_mediumrssat_campaignrss","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eduzim.co.zw\/news\/2025\/12\/14\/ckglkklj03zoat_mediumrssat_campaignrss\/","title":{"rendered":"Strictly Come Dancing finalists confirmed after last elimination"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <script data-jetpack-boost=\"ignore\" async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-1669381584671856\"\r\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- Africa tv video display -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-1669381584671856\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"3579572842\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\r\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\r\n<script data-jetpack-boost=\"ignore\">\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div data-component=\"text-block\">\n<p class=\"sc-9a00e533-0 eZyhnA\">The three finalists for this year&#8217;s Strictly Come Dancing have been confirmed, after one couple was eliminated from the competition in Sunday night&#8217;s results show.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-9a00e533-0 eZyhnA\">In the bottom two this week were EastEnders actor Balvinder Sopal and her partner Julian Caillon &#8211; for a record sixth time this series &#8211; and reality TV star Amber Davies and her partner Nikita Kuzmin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-9a00e533-0 eZyhnA\">After a dance-off, the judges voted to send Sopal home.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-9a00e533-0 eZyhnA\">Davies, who survived the dance-off for the second week running, will join social media star George Clarke and former England footballer Karen Carney in next week&#8217;s final.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-component=\"text-block\">\n<p class=\"sc-9a00e533-0 eZyhnA\">The EastEnders star, who performed a Salsa and a Waltz as her two semi-final dances, said she had &#8220;absolutely adored every single minute&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-9a00e533-0 eZyhnA\">Speaking on Sunday night&#8217;s results show after her elimination, Sopal said: &#8220;All the dance-offs, all the challenges, but just more than anything, just being in this building and dancing on this floor with such an amazing human being.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-9a00e533-0 eZyhnA\">&#8220;It was my &#8216;Yes Year&#8217;, and I said yes to Strictly. My family, we&#8217;ve had some hard times, but they&#8217;ve been here.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-9a00e533-0 eZyhnA\">She also paid tribute to her dance partner Caillon, saying: &#8220;You&#8217;ve been brilliant in every sense of the word.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-9a00e533-0 eZyhnA\">&#8220;When I wobbled, and when I felt really brilliant about the dance and got the steps right, you&#8217;ve just held me in your hands and you&#8217;ve gone, &#8216;Bal, we&#8217;ve got this.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-9a00e533-0 eZyhnA\">&#8220;I&#8217;ve never felt alone on this floor, and I just want you to remember me.
