the state minister said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\n  <span style=\"font-size: 110%;\"><br \/>\nKeep up with the latest headlines on WhatsApp | LinkedIn<br \/>\n  <\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text\" data-para-word-count=\"23\">He recalled that the previous Digital Ethiopia 2025 strategy was successfully implemented, laying a strong foundation for building a skilled and capable society.<\/p>\n<p><!--\/.outer-ad-container.adsense-outer-ad-container.adsense-responsive-outer-ad-container.responsive-aans-view-a-container--><\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text\" data-para-word-count=\"23\">According to him, the strategy modernized the teaching and learning process, digitalized student assessments, and strengthened the security and credibility of national examinations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text\" data-para-word-count=\"31\">Kora explained that higher education institutions benefited from the earlier strategy by opening new training fields that accelerated digitalization, improved learning inputs, and created a conducive environment for producing skilled manpower.<\/p>\n<p class=\"story-body-text\" data-para-word-count=\"34\">&#8220;The role of digital technology is indispensable in ensuring quality education and expanding access,&#8221;
