Most of the issues discussed were centered around the need for forging a thriving league built on a club licensing foundation,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"989\">\u201cKey to the discussions was the intensity and clarity in the deliberations and the clubs\u2019 level of engagement, cooperation, and comprehension, especially with regard to club licensing, as most issues were revolving around that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1047\">Chizondo confirmed that all agenda items were addressed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1159\">\u201cThe six hours were really worth it. I am glad we exhausted all the items, including the additions,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1473\">Among the key resolutions adopted were budget approval, ratification of Ad Hoc Committees, endorsement of the 2026\u20132031 Strategic Plan, confirmation of monthly awards, and the admission of <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Kwekwe Queens FC<\/span><\/span> into the top flight. The issue of medical insurance for players will also be pursued.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1702\">\u201cWe have made applications to the Association through the FIFA Forward in the hope that we can cushion the clubs\u2019 operational expenses, which include referees\u2019 fees, ambulance services, ground hire, and security fees,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1704\" data-end=\"1834\">While no structural changes were approved, Chizondo described the adoption of the 2026\u20132031 Strategic Plan as a crucial milestone.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"2016\">\u201cNot changes as such, but the key was the approval of the 2026\u20132031 Strategic Plan, which is a really integral component for the development pathway of the League to thrive,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2018\" data-end=\"2091\">She urged unity and compliance as the league prepares for the new season. Which is expected to start in April.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2093\" data-end=\"2439\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\u201cThe level of engagement and unity of purpose exhibited during the AGM should be vital for our progression as a league. I want to urge clubs to put their best foot forward in aligning with the mandatory club licensing requirements, as it is the launchpad for our growth.
