The service is intended to enhance civic participation and improve the responsiveness of state institutions.<\/p>\n<p>To use EMY 101, citizens save the official WhatsApp number, send a keyword such as \u201cEmy\u201d or \u201cEmy 101\u201d and follow the chatbot\u2019s guided instructions.
