By A Correspondent \u2013 Masvingo City Council has expressed deep sorrow following the passing of Alderman Naison Tsere, describing his death as a significant loss to both the local authority and the wider community.<\/p>\n
In a statement issued on Sunday, the council, led by Mayor Cllr Aleck Tabe, joined by councillors, Town Clerk Eng Edward Mukaratirwa, management and staff, extended heartfelt condolences to the Tsere family during their time of grief.<\/p>\n
The council said the loss has left a void in the city, acknowledging Tsere\u2019s role and contribution to the community.
