fair start in both the boys\u2019 and girls\u2019 tournaments on Matchday One of the CAF African Schools Football Championship.<\/p>\n<p>The tournament kicked off at Gateway High School in Harare.<\/p>\n<p>In the boys\u2019 competition, Zimbabwe played out a 1-1 draw against Uganda in their Group A opener.<\/p>\n<p>Moses Marumedze gave the hosts the lead early in the first half, but Uganda responded almost immediately, equalising straight from the restart.<\/p>\n<p>In the girls\u2019 competition, Zimbabwe faced favourites Morocco in their Group A opener.<\/p>\n<p>The Under-15 girls secured a 2-2 draw against the North Africans, with Lekavia Jaravani and Winnie Mapuwa both finding the back of the net to give Zimbabwe a first-half advantage.<\/p>\n<p>However, Morocco scored once in each half to ensure the spoils were shared.<\/p>\n<p>Action continues on Tuesday, with all matches set to be played at Gateway High School.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CAF African Schools Football
