While full details of the agreement are yet to be made public, the deal is understood to include the transfer of the club\u2019s top-flight status.<\/p>\n<p>Manica Diamonds was owned and sponsored by the Zimbabwe Consolidated Diamond Company (ZCDC), which established the team in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The franchise sale comes at a time the Gem Boys are struggling on and off the field.
