Images from the scene show a charred wreck reduced to its metal frame, with onlookers gathering as emergency responders moved in.<\/p>\n<p>Suspected Explosives Trigger Blast<\/p>\n<p>Police indicated that initial suspicions point to the kombi possibly carrying explosive materials, which may have ignited before triggering the devastating blast.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cEighteen people have been confirmed dead.
