Should the case be formally filed, it may be referred to FIFA’s Dispute Resolution Chamber, which handles contractual disputes between players and clubs.

If found guilty of breaching contractual obligations, CAPS United could face sanctions, including transfer bans or financial penalties.

Kamhapa’s situation highlights a broader concern within local football regarding player welfare and the enforcement of contracts, an issue that continues to draw criticism from stakeholders representing players.

Related

<ins class="adsbygoogle"
     style="display:block"
     data-ad-client="ca-pub-1669381584671856"
     data-ad-slot="3579572842"
     data-ad-format="auto"
     data-full-width-responsive="true"></ins>
#CAPS #United #Star #Threatens #FIFA #Action #Unpaid #Dues #ZimEye

Former CAPS United Star Threatens FIFA Action Over Unpaid Dues Sports Correspondent – A former CAPS United player, Cabby Kamhapa,…

[32,11
238,196,10563,6694,286,202,101,3105,197,597
post-56966","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-mzansi","category-world","tag-action","tag-caps","tag-dues","tag-eduzim","tag-fifa","tag-news","tag-star","tag-threatens","tag-united","tag-unpaid
["GET
