Members of the public, including a large number of children, were gathered in an orderly fashion outside the main stage area, awaiting an opportunity to greet the President.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-no-threat\">\u2018No threat\u2019<\/h3>\n<p>Mnukwa said during this time, an individual, in a \u201cstate of visible excitement\u201d, made his way onto the stage with the intention of greeting the President and the Minister.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSecurity personnel responded swiftly, restraining the individual in line with standard protocol.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt has since been established that the individual posed no security threat and did not attempt to cause harm.
