City Hopper is a smart local remittance service which allows customers to send foreign currency between cities throughout Zimbabwe, instantly and safely.
The service is available in all 18 BancABC branches and selected TM Pick N Pay service outlets countrywide. Plans are at an advanced stage to open the service up to all Pick n Pay stores nationwide to increase the collection points across the country.
How it works

  • Minimum send amount – US$10 or ZAR equivalent per day
  • Maximum send amount – US$500 or ZAR equivalent per day (US$4,000 or ZAR equivalent per month)
  • Sender completes KYC details and submits cash at the branch
  • Recipient can access funds from any of our BancABC and selected TM Pick N Pay service outlets countrywide.
