Tawanda Maswanhise has received another huge honour in the Scottish Premiership after being named in the Team of the Year.
Maswanhise has been selected among the eleven best players of the campaign based on votes by Scottish Premiership players through the Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) Scotland.
The Zimbabwe international was named in the Best XI alongside four other Motherwell players.
Maswanhise is enjoying a major breakthrough season since arriving in Scotland almost two years ago.
He has so far scored twenty-two goals across all competitions, and is currently leading the league’s scoring chart with seventeen goals.
The individual PFA Scotland nominees are set to be revealed this month, with the winners announced at the union’s annual dinner on 3 May.
Maswanhise bags the honour after receiving a couple of Player of the Month awards this season.
