Reading FC coach Leam Richardson has praised Andy Rinomhota for his performance on his first start of the season.
Rinomhota recently returned to the Reading squad after missing over three months of action due to “personal issues”.
The midfielder had also missed pre-season and the first three months of the campaign without a club.
The Warriors international made his first start of the season on Saturday and delivered a standout performance for Reading in their 3-1 loss to Cardiff City.
Richardson said, as cited by the Reading Chronicle: “I thought he was excellent. His professionalism from when he came in, obviously disappointed with what we spoke about before with the personal issues, the injuries, etc.
“Like I say, I’ve worked with Andy before, so it’s no surprise to me. Really pleased for him.
“I thought he was excellent today, part of our performance with him in it.”
Rinomhota played for 88 minutes in the match and has now accumulated 123 minutes on the field.
